Your license to use AllEar

SR Eternals grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AllEar on devices you own or control, for your own lawful use. You may not resell the app, sublicense it, or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract its source except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AllEar to:

• record any person or communication in violation of the law that applies to you;
• infringe anyone's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person; or
• break any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for how you use the app and for the recordings you create.

Recording & consent — your responsibility

Laws about recording audio differ by country, state, and situation. Some places require the consent of all parties before a conversation may be recorded; others require only one party's consent. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you before you record. SR Eternals does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for recordings you make or how you use them.

Your recordings

Your recordings belong to you. AllEar stores them on your device and, if you enable backup, in a folder you choose. SR Eternals has no access to your recordings, claims no ownership of them, and never uploads or transmits them. Keeping your own backups is your responsibility; uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes recordings held in the app's private storage.

Warranty disclaimer

AllEar is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recording will be captured, complete, or recoverable in every circumstance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SR Eternals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, recordings, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of AllEar. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, note it in the app's release notes. Continuing to use AllEar after an update means you accept the revised terms.
